There is a proposed settlement in a class action lawsuit entitled
Patricia McIntyre v. RealPage, Inc., d/b/a On-Site,

(collectively, “RealPage”) violated the Fair Credit Reporting Act (“FCRA”).
-
The plaintiff alleges claims on behalf of a certified class (the “Class”) asserting that RealPage willfully violated the
FCRA by failing to report up-to-date information pertaining to the disposition of certain eviction cases. RealPage denies
plaintiff’s allegations, and it denies that RealPage is liable to plaintiff or any of the class members.
